Minimize imperfections associated with acne-prone skin with this exclusive complex of clinically-proven Plant extracts and the next generation in AHAs - the patented AHAminoPlex™ molecule, developed by the pioneers of AHA skin therapy. Produced via a unique bonding process that attaches arginine, a naturally-derived amino acid, to the pure glycolic acid molecule, AHAminoPlex prolongs glycolic delivery into skin over a period of eight to sixteen minutes. This controlled delivery system avoids the severe spike of irritation that occurs within seconds of applying simple glycolic acid. Only AHAminoPlex's controlled delivery allows skin to tolerate the acid with little-to-no sensations of irritation - including stinging, burning and redness - even on the first use (some sensitive skin may experience passive discomfort during the first few applications). The AHAminoPlex molecule is accompanied by lactic acid attached to a dedicated delivery vehicle. Directions:

Home Care: Apply small amount of gel (about the size of a medium green pea) over clean, dry skin AM/PM or once a day. If blending with other products, apply the size of a small green pea. Allow 5 minutes for product to absorb before applying makeup. Always wear Solar Defender SPF 28 or other minimum SPF 15 sunscreen during the day. 
 

Note : Even though this is a low-irritation formula, some people may show signs of sensitivity when they first use this gel. Stop using the product until signs of sensitivity clear. Once clear, re-introduce Clear Skin Ultra Gel by applying once every other day for a week, then once a day for a week. At three weeks the skin should be sufficiently adjusted to use this gel once or twice a day regularly. Some skin may also experience slight stinging or tingling during the first few days of using Clear Skin Ultra Gel, or if the product is applied after bathing or showering. If this occurs, wait five minutes after bathing or until skin is dry.
Caution: Avoid immediate eye area. If product enters eye, flush thoroughIy with cool water.
